1. The booking is subject to availability of the taxi at the desired date and time.
2. The booking will be confirmed only upon receipt of the full payment.
3. Changes to the booking can be made up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. Any changes made after this period may incur additional charges.
4. Cancellation of the booking must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made after this period may incur a cancellation fee.
5. The taxi service provider is not responsible for any delays or inconveniences caused by factors beyond their control, such as traffic conditions or weather.
6. The customer is responsible for any damages caused to the taxi during the duration of the trip.
7. The customer is expected to adhere to all traffic rules and regulations during the trip.
8. The taxi service provider reserves the right to refuse service to any customer who is deemed to be unruly or disruptive.
9. The fares for the taxi service are non-negotiable and must be paid in full before the start of the trip.
10. The customer is advised to reach the pick-up location at least 15 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time to avoid any delays.
